OUR APPROACH
BAMA Beniusyte Artist Management Agency is an International Artist Management Agency representing Classical, Jazz and Early Music Interpreters, Chamber Music Ensembles, Composers and Conductors worldwide. While working with important Concert Societies, we are also helping with and advising on Classical Music events, including programming and selecting Artists. An experienced Team helps support and further the careers of the Artists we represent on the world's stages, as well as the young up-and-coming performers whose careers we work to develop. We aim to provide a solid managerial structure that offers top-level musical, organisational, and personal support for the development and expansion of our Artists' International Careers.

Harpsichordist and pedagogue, organiser and artistic director of music seasons, festivals and international competitions, evaluation expert member at the Lithuanian Council for Culture (Ministry of Culture), Nijolė Dorotėja Beniušytė decided to turn her passion for talent scouting into a profession.
Nijolė Dorotėja Beniušytė’s inclination to discover new talents and her natural predisposition to promote the artists she believes in, over the years, drove her to launch several new artists and represent those already established.
BAMA Beniusyte Artist Management Agency is nothing but the natural consequence of all these skills combined: it’s an agency run by an artist who knows from within all the issues related to the world of musicians and who is able to combine passion with a managerial attitude.
